Please do not read any wasteful troll on "XP vs Scrum" in this article.
XP is no more a silver bullet than any other methodology, but it defines a unique holistic approach to software development. We need today to revive Kent Beck's attempt to bridge the gap between software users and hardcore developers (maybe under another name, less frightening for non-geeks).
On my opinion, Lean Thinking also brings some interesting insights to complete the XP system and better close this gap.

Je m'associe aussi au commentaire de JP, l'humilité peut aussi être vue comme une posture d'apprenti, on retrouve alors l'aspect "beeing an aprentice" de software craftmaship.

J'aime aussi l'idée de XP comme une méthode intégrée entre le côté client et technique.

Et moi j'apprécie ce rappel du service client ...
